Installation of a new timber-frame bin store to serve the waterfront Palmerston Court cottages, forming part of the wider redevelopment of this historic coastal site. Delivered within a live, inhabited environment with restricted access, the works supported the ongoing use of completed homes while maintaining progress across active phases of construction.
