Construction of a new concrete substation, including full foundation works and installation, delivered within a live and operational marina environment with careful coordination to avoid disruption. The works also included an extensive duct network to support incoming utility infrastructure – a vital component for powering the wider redevelopment and ensuring long-term resilience for the completed site once in full operation.
