Noss on Dart Marina

Specialist installation of a traditional wet well pumping station to serve a new 5-star hotel apartment complex and the wider marina development. The 7-metre-deep structure was delivered in complex ground conditions – including obstructions from the site’s historical use by shipbuilders – using secant piling, coffer dam construction, and dewatering techniques, forming essential infrastructure for the site’s long-term functionality and resilience.
