Installation of new foul and surface water drainage, alongside reduction of the single access road to underside formation level – forming a key enabling phase at this cliffside, heritage-sensitive site. With listed monument status, SSSI designation, and logistical constraints including UXO risk, these works were critical to unlocking safe construction access and progressing Phase 2 of the redevelopment.
